2026 Summer Program Goals

Guided by youth voice and real-life aspirations, the 2025 Manhood Training Camp will focus on equipping young men with the mindset, discipline, and leadership to thrive in today’s world. Our goals include:

Emotional Intelligence & Self-Regulation

Help youth learn to identify and regulate emotions like anger, disappointment, and frustration​.


 

Self-Discipline & Responsibility

Encourage self-motivation and personal accountability.


 

Communication & Leadership

Explore healthy delegation, teamwork, leadership habits​​, positive communication, and conflict resolution skills.

 


Personal Growth & Confidence

Encourage growth in confidence, tone, and patience. Provide positive male role models who reflect strength, integrity, and care

Life Readiness Skills

Teach essential skills such as basic financial literacy, cooking, and everyday problem-solving skills​.
